Sundance Psychological also accepts self pay and can supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please email me at ruth@sundancepsychological.com to discuss insurance in more detail.

The self pay cost of an evaluation without using insurance can range from $1,500-3,500, depending on the complexity of the case.
